How does the service work?

Once you have registered your property on books, and should you be interested in the service, our Home Staging Specialists will visit to prep your house for professional photography. They will start off with a walkthrough to take note of the property’s highlights and any elements that can be improved.

They will then outline the things we will need to do to stage your home, which can range from a full decluttering or depersonalisation exercise to simple things like reorganising furniture or adding on some soft furnishings

Staging and presentation

 

This is the most exciting part. Our specialists will bring in all the props and soft furnishings required. They will decorate each room with function and purpose so potential buyers browsing through the photos or video of the property online can easily envision themselves using the spaces. When they are done, they will do a final walkthrough before our inhouse professional photographer take photos for your listing. Should you wish to retain the props brought in for the photoshoot, you can also purchase them and enjoy them till your house sells.
